This notice covers the data you leave on this website to ask for information or to activate the platform. Venue guests' data is processed by each venue as data controller: you'll find their notice on each venue's website.

What data and why

Your name, venue name, phone, email, Instagram profile and any message you choose to write. We use them only to get back to you, prepare an offer and, if you become a customer, activate the service. The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual measures).

How long

Up to 24 months from the last contact if you don't become a customer; for the duration of the contract and legal obligations if you do.

Where

On servers located in the European Union. We don't sell or share data with third parties; it's seen only by the people working on your request and by technical providers (hosting, email delivery) bound by contract.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing by writing to us. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

The Italian version of this notice is the binding one.
