How we work it out: one month = 4.3 weeks. Deposits = tables × nights × no-show % × minimum spend × deposit %. Entries, drinks and returning guests are not counted: it is an estimate with your numbers, not a promise.

What people ask us most often.

How long does it take to go live?

Usually a few days from when we receive your logo, photos and event calendar. The dashboard is ready straight away.

Do my guests need to download an app?

No. List sign-up, QR codes, menu and bookings all work in the phone's browser. Even the door scanner is a web page.

What if there's no signal at the door?

The scanner keeps reading QR codes and saves the entries; as soon as the connection is back it syncs them automatically.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. The website can live on your venue's address, for example www.myvenue.com, with a security certificate included.

Who updates events, photos and menu?

You or your staff, from your phone, in a minute. If you prefer, we can do it for you.

Are there any commitments or commissions?

No commission on entries or bookings. The fee is monthly and you can cancel whenever you like.

Who owns the customer data?

You do. Export it whenever you like; we only process it to run the platform for you, on servers in Europe.
